The track is 375 meters in length, and it features a range of bends and straights, making it an exciting and challenging course.

The racing at Harlow Greyhound Racing is fast-paced and exhilarating, with dogs reaching speeds of up to 45 miles per hour. There are a range of different races to suit all preferences, including sprint races, standard races, and marathon races. The sprint races are the most popular, with distances of 238 and 415 meters. These races are particularly exciting, with the dogs reaching top speeds in a matter of seconds.

Races: Monday and Wednesday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday (AM only). Admission costs to the stadium: Wednesday (am), Friday (am), Saturday (am) - free. While entry is £5 on Wednesday (pm) and Sunday (am).
